Assist our VIP Guests with requests for room reservations, event reservations and special room blocks as requested. Minimum 6 months’ work experience in a customer service position, preferably within the hospitality industry. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures. Position duties encompass all aspects of great Guest service when assisting both our internal and external Guests with incoming calls, and inquiries regarding rooms, group masters, and Casino information. Answer all incoming calls to the Casino/Group/Wholesale phone lines from outside or within the company. It is the responsibility of the Central Reservation Specialty agent to serve as a vital link between Room reservations, the Casino department and the Sales department at the individual properties.
